We’re scaling fast and looking for a smart, scrappy Media Buyer to join our growth team.
🎯 Your Mission:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for AuroCRM – while staying within budget and ideally not tanking our ROAS.
🛠 Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing like your job depends on it (because it does)
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and growth marketers to align ad messaging with funnel stages
• Provide weekly reports with numbers that actually make sense
• Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and the latest PPC panic-inducing headlines
✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in media buying / digital advertising
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills – if VLOOKUP scares you, exit now
• Basic understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and lead generation strategies
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Excellent communication skills – remote doesn’t mean silent

• Experience in B2B or SaaS media buying
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• You once turned a $500 campaign into a $50K pipeline and lived to brag about it
• Ability to work independently
